Abstract

The following research work examines the concept of tax disputes, dispute management in detail and ultimately strives to provide solutions to resolve various disputes. It takes as a cue the dispute resolution methods used by India, Australia, and the United States. The best dispute resolution method is that of “cooperation” between the different Member States. An example of friendly cooperation is the MAP.
